We have a flat shipping fee of R70 per parcel depending on your delivery address. Please note, that if you live in a remote area increased costs may occur. If your order is over the value of R1500, your shipping will be free and no fee will be incurred.
We offer nationwide door-to-door delivery and local pick up for Cape Town based customers. A physical address and contact number is required in order to place your order with us.
We make use of The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing courier services. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is complete and has been collected by the courier, allowing you to track and trace your parcel. A signature will be requested upon delivery which is between 9am and 5pm.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery is a standard 3-6 day service. All orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) excluding public holidays, from the time the order is placed. EFT orders are shipped within 1 business day from the time proof of payment has been received.
We accept most Visa and Mastercards, snapscan and payflex.
Please ensure once you have placed your order via EFT that you send us proof of payment. We are only able to dispatch your parcel once we know it has been paid for and have received your proof of payment.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Simply click on the tracking link to follow up to date tracking.

We are not able to deliver to a P.O. Box but we can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. Please ensure that you stipulate your work name and that there is always someone to receive your parcel.
We are doing continuous research into finding the most sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of packaging our goods. We make use of zero plastic, and are using the best materials we can find that make sense right now to deliver your goods in. Mostly because we want to be really good humans for our dogs.
